Hola Alma, primero decirte que tu receta de bundt café de limón es la preferida de todos en casa. Y segundo preguntar, tengo en casa el molde de rosa de Nordic ware comprado en tu tienda pero me es imposible conseguir que no se rompa, engraso con spray Wilton y dejó enfriar en rejilla 15 minutos antes de desmoldar pero no hay manera. ¿Que me recomiendas?

Muchas gracias Margarita. Lo he leído y seguiré las instrucciones que comentan aunque en mi caso el molde ha pegado desde el primer uso... cabe la posibilidad de que viniera con alguna sustancia protectora o similar desde la fábrica... seguiré intentando :-)

Creo recordar que uno de ellos se me rompió y creo que fue el de caramelo (2 veces). El de Nutella lo he hecho como 3 veces o más (el Sr Ferrero ya se queda con mi sueldo directamente) y (he triunfado) no se me ha roto nunca. El siguiente no sé si va a ser el de chips de chocolate, el de baileys o el de oreo. Los de mi trabajo insisten en que haga los 3 y ellos ya se encargan que yo no engorde.
