Sé que prometí que subiría esta receta la semana pasada pero con el puente me he despistado :)
Se trata de la receta de Bundt Cake de Chocolate más chocolateada de la historia del mundo mundial.
La preparé para estrenar mi molde Vintage Star (que por cierto se nos ha agotado este fin de semana pero que tendremos de nuevo disponible a mediados de esta semana... ufffff) pero sirve para cualquier molde Bundt Cake de 9 o 10 tazas :)
Es súper sencilla de preparar.
BUNDT CAKE DE CHOCOLATE EXTRA CHOCOLATEADO
Receta de Alma Obregón
- 125g de mantequilla (yo uso siempre Kerrygold)
- 2 huevos
- 250ml de leche
- 400g de azúcar blanco
- 60g de cacao puro sin azúcar
- 260g de harina
- 1/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato sódico
- 1/2 cucharadita de levadura química (polvos de hornear)
- Opcional: 1 cucharadita de canela o 1 cucharadita de cayena molida
Precalentamos el horno a 180º y engrasamos bien nuestro molde.
En un bol, fundimos la mantequilla en el microondas con cuidado de que no hierva. Incorporamos los huevos y la leche. Mezclamos bien y reservamos.
En otro bol colocamos el azúcar y tamizamos encima la harina con el cacao, el bicarbonato y la levadura (y la canela o cayena, si estamos usando). Mezclamos con unas varillas.
Añadimos los ingredientes líquidos que habíamos reservado:
Mezclamos muy bien hasta que la masa sea homogénea y no tenga grumos.
Vertemos la masa en el molde y horneamos durante 45-50 minutos o hasta que al introducir un palillo salga limpio (podéis usar también el termómetro de bunt).
Una vez fuera del horno esperamos AL MENOS 20 MINUTOS antes de desmoldar.
CUIDADO!! Es un bizcocho MUY FRÁGIL y si no respetáis este tiempo se pegará!!
Vais a ver que es un bizcocho ultra brillante, jugoso... ¡¡que huele a amor puro!!
Para el glaseado de chocolate negro intenso:
- 40g de cacao puro sin azúcar
- 3 cucharadas de azúcar blanco
- 1 cucharada de maicena
- 3 cucharadas de glucosa o sirope de maiz
- 120ml de leche
Colocamos todos los ingredientes secos en un cazo. Removemos bien.
Añadimos la leche y la glucosa y mezclamos hasta que no haya grumos. Ponemos a calentar hasta que comience a hervir. Mantenemos el hervor un par de minutos, sin dejar de remover, hasta que espese.
Retiramos del fuego.
Decoramos el Bunt :)

Hola guapa!!! He hecho un par de bundt cakes, este tan rico ha sido el segundo!!! Utilizo el molde de nordic ware, NO HAY MANERA, se me pega siempre!!! y cuando digo siempre es las dos veces, lo unto de mantequilla y espero rigurosamente los 20 minutos.... qué hago mal??? el bizcocho está super rico pero impresentable!! alguna sugerencia¿?¿? ResponderEliminarUntas todo el molde? Es importante que lo hagas ya que sino cuando el bizcocho suba, se pega a las paredes del molde sin engrasar 😏
EliminarYo te aconsejo que uses spray desmoldante, untando con este spray, cociéndolo su tiempo y esperando los 15-20 minutos antes de desmoldar no debías tener ningún tipo de problema.
