Frappé de chocolate y café con Barceló Cream (y una mousse de mascarpone ¡deliciosa!)




El otro día subí un batido con Barceló Cream que os encantó, así que hoy no os traigo una sino dos recetas usando ese mismo ingrediente.

En primer lugar os traigo este frappé de chocolate y café, perfecta para todos los adictos a este tipo de bebidas... ¡que quieran un toque especial!

 FRAPPÉ DE CHOCOLATE Y CAFÉ CON BARCELÓ CREAM

Para dos personas:

  • 125ml de café espresso
  • 250ml de leche 
  • 2 bolas de helado de chocolate
  • 50ml de Barceló Cream
  • Hielo 



Coloca todos los ingredientes en la batidora de vaso menos el hielo y el Barceló Cream. Mezcla muy bien.

Incorpora el hielo y tritura unos instantes.

Finalmente, añade el Barceló Cream.


Sencillo y delicioso!!!
